River's Edge @ Sheraton Tampa Riverwalk Hotel

The high cost of staying at this hotel does not match the level of service provided. The couch in our room was stained and we were unable to receive face towels for several days. The solution offered for the stains was simply to cover them with a mattress cover. Additionally, there is a $40 fee per night for parking if you have a vehicle. It may be more worthwhile to stay elsewhere and drive to the River Walk for free, as there are limited dining options and activities available there. While the view at night is beautiful, it can be enjoyed from any part of the River Walk. The staff were friendly, but did not have control over the pricing. It is recommended to thoroughly research and compare hotels before making a decision.

The bar area was tidy, and the restaurant had a picturesque view along the Riverwalk. The food was delicious, especially the shrimp Alfredo that I ordered. The service was quick and efficient.

Wate staff gave me the on no not another costume look.We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to flip the table.My over easy eggs were overcooked. But the manager comped.My meal, so it worked out.

Surprised at the limited menu. Really surprised the small grouper sandwich was from a frozen portion.Beef short ribs were great.

The attention was good but the food not good!! Take the time and go for other restaurants that was really bad
