Firehouse Subs Carrollwood - Tampa

Sandwich was good, the soup was horrible, I think it was old...

The three-inch sub was fantastic! I was surprised to find out it cost $11 for such a small size, but it was incredibly tasty and delicious—the first time I ever tried it. I asked for regular sour cream and cheddar chips, but my friend preferred baked ones. I specifically requested to be notified if the regular chips weren't available. Overall, the amazing oatmeal cookie was great, and I really enjoyed it!

I didn't receive my pickle for the fourth time and was given the wrong cookie. I've been visiting Firehouse for many years, but this location has been the worst I've experienced. The staff was rude over the phone and seemed indifferent to the quality of the food.

I ordered two Hook and Ladder subs along with two bags of regular Lays chips. Unfortunately, both subs were not made to order and turned out very soggy. Additionally, the chips were stale.

My mistake I would never have the place closes at 3 pm next time I need read the hours or maybe just pick a place with longer hours open .
