My wife and I shared the fish and chips meal. The fries were fairly good. All the food was fresh and hot. I wish the fish was slightly more flavorful. I wouldn't say it was bland, but it just didn't have a lot of flavor. The service was great. It was fast and the lady making and serving the food was very nice and she was funny too. I didn't catch her name or the man at the registers name but they were fast and efficient.
Edison's Swigamajig has fantastic cocktails. My favorite is the High on Rye. Second fav is Swiggy Stardust (which may not be on the menu currently). Do yourself a favor and grab a cocktail from this neatly painted shipping container dive bar and take a seat back in the faux grass area near the shipping channel. The atmosphere of Sparkman Wharf is lovely. I've never tried the food at Edison's Swigamajig because I don't care much for seafood, but it does look tasty and fresh too.Parking: There is an adjacent paid parking lot which gets quite full during peak hours.
We ordered the fish and chips as this was recommended by the server. You get three small pieces of greasy fish and a few fries, a tiny bit of slaw and a small pot of curry sauce. Absolutely not worth the money and I would not recommend using this establishment.
My son ordered the fish and chips. The fish was very bland. They didn’t offer traditional tartar sauce and the one they had just tasted like some kind of mustard sauce. The “side” of coleslaw was only about a spoonful amount. The fries were okay. It was way too expensive for the quality of food. Very disappointing.
