フィードバックを提供するI have had multiple negative experiences at this Chick-fil-A location, but I have never felt compelled to write a review until now. Tonight, I was shocked by what I witnessed and I hope the corporate office takes notice and addresses the issues at this specific store. I placed a mobile order and went inside when I arrived. It was 8:40pm and the estimated wait time was 19 minutes. I waited 17 minutes for my food and during that time, I saw several concerning things. One employee in a light red shirt took a sip from a customer's milkshake before serving it to a table. She then carelessly flung her straw around, spreading her saliva on cups, fountains, orders, and registers. She disposed of the straw without washing her hands and continued making drinks. The same employee, along with a colleague in a green shirt, were joking around and making Snapchat videos while customers, including myself and 9 others, waited for their food. I noticed that my order was marked as complete and had been sitting on the counter for some time, resulting in cold fries by the time I received it. In addition, three employees were arguing over who should take out an overflowing trash can, leading to one of them knocking it over and handling the trash without washing their hands. I observed about five health code violations in the 17 minutes I spent there, such as dropping cups on the floor and placing them back. The restroom has been out of order for months and the average wait time for food is between 10-20 minutes. This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. This fast food restaurant is without a doubt the worst I have ever been to in my 35 years of dining on four different continents. The service was poor, orders were filled inaccurately, and the staff seemed poorly trained based on the three transactions I witnessed. Our drinks were not brought to us before our food arrived at the table, and there was a lot of chaos among the workers behind the counter. The food was cold and my fries were undercooked and crunchy. When I informed the manager of my dissatisfaction, he appeared uninterested and offered no apology. The best thing that could happen at this location would be to clear the slate and start fresh.
We received our large fries with condiments and my mac and cheese stuffed inside the fry containers. I am concerned about germs and whether the condiments are safe to be mixed with my fries. Two whole sandwiches were missing, and the fries were cold and soggy. Is this the standard for how things are run now? Absolutely ridiculous! Update 10/3/2022: I waited twenty minutes past my scheduled delivery time because the delivery person did not follow my directions. Now, I am trying to eat my mac and cheese after eating cold and soggy fries, along with a cold, burnt chicken sandwich. To make matters worse, I found hair in my mac and cheese. The $15 I spent was not worth it, and I will be going to bed hungry. Just to provide a visual, I pulled the hair out of the food.

Placed a mobile order for a 4 count spicy tender but was given a 3 count. I simply tried calling to have the store refund the difference in price and instead was chastised by the chick fil a employee over the fact that I wanted a refund for ?just onetender?. I just wanted what I paid for, not to be ridiculed. Thanks! I won?t mention the individuals name, but very disappointedin the customer service.
