Tram Lounge - Tameside

Great selection of breakfasts. My partner is vegetarian, so choice for that too. Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Good selection of cakes and desserts. Highly recommended!

This was my first visit to the restaurant, where I ordered a couple of children's meals and something for myself. The food arrived quickly and was hot and tasty. The decor was of high quality and created a relaxing atmosphere inside. However, the downside was the wall of smoke that one had to go through to enter the restaurant. If the wind blew in the wrong direction, the smoke would start to come in, which was very off-putting. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be revisiting due to this issue. It's a shame because the place has nice food and ambiance, but the smoke at the front door needs to be addressed.

Living in Droylsden i am never short of cafes or somewhere to chose from to eat. But the Tram Lounge is always a favourite of my son, who loves the small breakfasts AND the massive choice of milkshakes! Food has always been good, and a coffee loyalty card is alway in my purse to collect stamps when i have a brew here! Friendly staff and good food keep us visiting here.

This is really the best café in Droylsden now. The other café on the end the street is very horrible. I see for errors the kitchen and is very dirty. The food is all on the microwave. Nothing fresh.. The best café is this now. Very happy to come here all the time.

My wife and I have come to this restaurant multiple times and have always loved the food, from the cakes and scones to the different breakfast options and burgers. The staff even went out of their way to make cheese scones just for my wife, and I have tried many of the cakes and different coffees.
