Sushi Raku - Tamarac

This charming little spot is perfect for a quick meet-up, and the sushi is fantastic! The portion sizes are great for the price, and we have no complaints at all. Since it was our first visit, we decided to sample a variety of dishes from the menu, and everything was delicious. It's an ideal place if you're short on time and can't sit down for a meal; the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Although there are only a few small tables for dining in, we enjoyed our meal there. I also noticed they handle a lot of takeout orders efficiently; even the fire department was able to pick up a big order in no time! Overall, a fast and friendly experience!

The fish and all the ingredients are incredibly fresh. The prices are excellent, and I find the rolls I order to be both simple and delicious. I usually get the salmon California roll, salmon hosomaki, and salmon JB roll, while my companion opts for the Sushi Combo #2. I think the ginger is fresh and just right. Sometimes, I also enjoy the salad or the mixed soup. The green tea is delightful as well. The service is quick and friendly. I definitely plan to return and would highly recommend this place!

Best SUSHI PLACE! I LOVE their food and service is always the best and very affordable. This has become my place for sushi. 100% recommended. Very clean. I also appreciate that each of his employees uses masks.

This is the best sushi I've ever had! It's fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced. While I wasn't in Japan, I can only imagine how sushi would taste there, but this felt authentic! What's even better is that everyone who works there is really sweet and friendly. A definite five-star experience!

My new FAVORITE sushi and I’m super picky when it comes to great sushi! The rolls are a good size (bigger than expected which I loved, everything tasted SO fresh. Spicy Mayo and eel sauce were so on point and delicious, the shrimp lovers roll is my favorite so far can’t wait to try more. The prices are so reasonable especially for the amount and quality! I really haven’t found a place I love as much as Raku in years! Also I actually ordered through uber eats and made notes for each roll which they followed what I wanted absolutely perfectly (that almost never happens! ! Definitely 5 stars!
