Seven Grains Natural Market - Tallmadge

This is now the fifth time I have been over charged. I have had to go back twice for a refund for items that I did not purchase because I didn't catch it at the register. This cashier plays it off as an accident. This is called under ringing. She can then pocket the money she just stole from a customer. After calling to complain I found out it was the manager doing this. I can accept this from an employee but since it's a manger you have lost a customer for life. This is unacceptable. If she will steal from me then she will steal from the owners as well. I do believe an audit should take place to verify the honesty of your night manager.

Great little store. Tons of natural products and lots lots lots of gluten free items. If you are gluten free this is your place. Prices are fine as well. Employees are very nice
