フィードバックを提供するGood, guys, let me tell you how steak n shake works now. for starter there are no waiters/waitress anymore. they go in and there are four touchscreen kiosks. they go to one of them and choose what they want. it is quite easy to do and it is a very big screen so it is easy to read. it is also easy to adjust what they want. after they pay that they accept cash, card, gpay and apple pay. if you have a drink, go over and get your cup and fill it out yourself. if you have a shake, like my wife, they'll get it out of you. 5-8 minutes waiting, they called our number to the reception and we took the food. the food was fresh and tasteful. if this is the future, it looks pretty bright. the prices for eating were quite cheap when they compare it with other restaurants and I thought it was a good value personally.
Normally fast service, but I noticed while I was sitting at midday, came a worker and helped an older man with the order box and noticed that he went with a poorful of food for the To-Go order, went to the door, held it and went to the parking space in what I can only say was probably an attempt to be more help in the car; but he went out of a nearby hotel he needed to help. the man went back gently and she returned to work. this is not often seen in these days, but makes me appreciate this personal member.
This steak and shake was nice and hot! had a big burger, although they did not get out of the menu. I asked about a glitch on my fresko melt, but they don't do it anymore. the toilets were not well maintained.
Good burger. a little small at $3,99, but still two patties, fresh, hot and tasty. I'm still unused to the lack of human interaction when I order about a kiosk, choose my table, pick up my order of the theke, eat and go without ever talking to someone. I'm just weird.
My garlic burger, pommes and shake were as good as ever. space could be a good updating and a little more accurate on cleaning
