Best donuts in town! Additionally, I experienced exceptional service from Jordan, who worked impressively at 8:00 a.m. on a Monday morning. He skillfully attended to each customer while quickly filling their orders. I’m not sure how he managed it, but he even created some flavors that were sold out, all without making me feel like I was holding up the line!

The donuts here are outstanding! There's a wide variety to choose from, and they are incredibly soft. The French Toast Donut is especially delightful!

Secondly, the staff is wonderful and truly amazing! One young man stood out to me—a remarkable Asian gentleman. When I visited in the morning, I was having a tough day, and he noticed. He asked how my day was going and offered some surprisingly insightful advice for someone his age. It helped lift my spirits. I left the shop feeling happy, especially after enjoying the special donuts he made just for me. Later that same day, I brought my grandson with me because he loves these donuts. To my delight, the same young man was still there, and he made us fresh donuts with a smile, making us feel special once again. As I was leaving, I saw him diligently writing in his notebook, which led me to think he might be working on homework. It’s refreshing to see such dedication and hard work in someone so young. This donut shop has so much to offer, from the delicious and fresh donuts to the remarkable employees. I can’t wait to tell everyone about this little gem!

The best donuts ever! Try old-fashioned glazed (point on texture and exactly the right sweetness, key lime (nice Florida touch, cinnamon-drill) (what each cinnamon-drill be thrilled! and the thunder holes (pillows of donut love!) and they were all FRESH at 8:00 on Saturday night! Then we have FRESH BAKED cookies from their roommates: MO cookies wore! Chocolate chip was on the point, but the highlight was the signature chocolate peanut butter cookie! The fluffy, godly kindness must be experienced! Please open a branch in Columbus, OH!

UPDATED REVIEW (Jan. 2022) Recently the customer service has been a lot better, especially Mia. She is such a kind soul that really just wants to make things right for the customer. I always appreciate coming in if Mia is there as I know I can count on great service if she is! Not only this, but the manager has been accommodating to me when inquiring about specifics. I also did not think the donuts could get better, but they DID. The vegan glazed donuts are now much softer, akin to a traditional glazed donut, but still have that satisfying glaze crunch like before. This place still is at the top of my list for vegan donuts, and they raised the bar even higher. ORIGINAL REVIEW: While I don 't have much to say about the customer service as it is very average, I can say that for a local place, I really enjoy the level of consistency I get with the quality of the donuts. Especially the vegan ones. This place has the best vegan glazed donut I 've ever had. As for the other vegan donuts, they 're okay, but too sweet (in a hyper-artificial way). I do know that my SO loves the regular donuts and the milkshakes they offer. For a treat, It 's worth the prices.
