I'd just downloaded the new BK app and mistakenly ordered the 37 Whopper before I was ready to pick it up. So I called the store and the employee was understanding and switched my order to the later desired timeWhen picking it up later on, the order was accurate and my food was hot and fresh. Wish I knew the young lady's name so I could thank her specifically.
I put 3 ? cause I like the burgers but the service here in this location so bad for now. 7 cars on line to order and we haven't move in about 20 min . not even a line in front of the car that is on line to order but we still here . really disappointed with how slow it is. you need or more stuff or new stuff that works faster this is really annoying I just gonna Go home or another burger place that the service will probably be faster than this
I went through the drive thru and staff took 20 mins to take my order, got to the window and it was $20 for 2 people and it took about 30 minutes to get my food and staff was ok but when I got my food I asked for a plain bacon king and got a burger that wasn't plain and had no bacon
To make matters worse, the server was rude from the beginning. I tried to speak to a manager about the missing sandwich, but was told that nothing could be done since I did not live in Tallahassee. It was extremely frustrating to receive such poor customer service and not even receive a gift card to make up for the mistake. Overall, the experience at this Burger King was terrible. The employees were rude and unhelpful, the service was slow, and our order was incorrect. I would advise others to avoid this location if they want to avoid a similar experience.
