Captain D's - Talladega

I placed an order online and waited for 10 minutes before leaving the house. I then stopped by Zaxby's to pick up another person's order, but my food still wasn't ready when I arrived. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes.

Waited 30 minutes for them to open for the door not to even be unlocked, when the lady opened the door she rolled her eyes and you could hear everyone in the back laughing. when the lady goes to the counter to take our order a man came from the back and said they were no where near ready to open or take orders. it was 10:35. a man came in after and she told all of us if we wanted to order we needed to go through the drive through and ignored us. the person on the headset had to wait.

Atmosphere and service is good.3 stars because this location don't pick calls to order on phone 90% of my experience and the macaroni and cheese is not the best.

The prices at this restaurant are exorbitant and the quality of the food is mediocre at best considering the high cost.

Their very nice their short staffed so it's hard watching people be so rude about the time. It's seafood as well they have to cook it fresh, that takes time as well. Everyone please be nice, try having patience cause God don't like ugly. Captain D's keep up the good work!!
