Rigoletto Smoke Grill - Takatsuki

After a long week eating japanies, we wanted a break to dinner. we took cocktails that were amazing and 2 species of pasta, it was really good! we didn't think it was so delicious!

A friend recommended this casual/dressy Gion restaurant, so I gave it a try. The have friendly international staff. So English wasn’t a problem. I enjoyed the Italian and Italian Japanese dishes along with wine. There’re usually busy, if you go for an early lunch or an early dinner might get a table. I highly recommend making reservations before coming to Kyoto. It’s great place for couples For Kyoto and this type of restaurant, the prices aren’t too bad. Since it’s in Gion, you might see geisha and maiko san walking!!

A place in the deep cultural street of Kyoto. Love the street, tye ambience of the restaurant is cool. Food is delicious and staff are polite. If you are looking for a delicious Italian cuisine in the cultural heart of Kyoto, visit to the place.

I ate a salad with watercress, kale and something else I don‘t remember now, but the taste was good! Also the pizza with buffalo mozzarella was good in taste, a bit tiny, but they offer two sizes, I had the smaller one.

We called before going asking in english to know if they had place and they were so clear and nice. And when we arrived the environment of the place was really relaxing and the pizzas we ordered were full handmade with love. Also, nice please for cocktails as well! The have sangria! Maybe it was a bit expensive for a pizza but still, the quality and taste of it deserves it. It was delicious!
