Ganko Takarazukaen

Once a table became available, I was guided to a private room with a beautiful view of their lovely garden, featuring traditional recessed kotatsu seating. I felt a bit guilty about how inexpensive the dishes were, but the staff treated us with great care. They provided cold tea for the elementary school student in our party and even wiped my mother's cane when we entered the restaurant, allowing her to use it comfortably on the tatami mats. We ordered the "Negitoro Tempura Set 980 yen," "Katsu-Doji Set 880 yen," "Unagi Seiro Set 980 yen," and "Sushi Set - Tsuki - 1,280 yen." Being family, we shared bites of each other's meals and enjoyed them at a leisurely pace. Surprisingly, the portion of "soba" that was not even the main dish was substantial, making it seem endless. I had the impression that Ganko Takarazukaen would be quite upscale, but I can confidently say, "Please visit at least once," and I highly recommend it to everyone!

This restaurant offers a delightful experience with its charming garden setting. You can enjoy your time relaxing in the garden while exploring the nearby shops. Additionally, there's a small parking lot available at reasonable prices, making it convenient for your visit. Overall, it's a lovely spot to unwind and savor the atmosphere.

The restaurant has a serene and upscale tatami seating area, but chairs are also available, making it accessible for those with mobility issues. The Japanese garden is an added attraction as well.
