Han Ji Pang - Tainan

I love how they get out of here to support small farms. my personal Mulberry Piee was full of the tart berries, but the one that I had with him was that the cake crust was not the right texture. it was only a very thin layer of dough to keep the berries inside. the broth are very dense, including the purple sweet potato toro bread and the cocoa banana bread because they do not use klempner. but that means that they are better enjoyed with jam, of which they also sell many sorts. april and her older brother were hosting and I'm really glad I stopped to support this little vegan business.

This place was a livelihood. on vegan brot (low sugar), brought some peanut butter cookies, salt bread and a banana cake. so fresh and delicious! we drove to tainan to kenting and our bakery leftovers really helped in a relatiw non-vegan friendly beach town.

They had some tastes that I consider unusual and interesting; I tried peanut butter and coriander cookies (criminality) and black tea and oats cookies (chauy). both biscuits had a nice mild sweet that I appreciated. the apple cakes were not available until “next month”, so I suspect that they work with seasonal ingredients. I tried a sweet pumpkin seasoned cake from the refrigerator that was good, and they had also provided a hearty potato cake. the cookies were 70 80NT for a bag of about 10 pieces. pieces were 120nt. I felt this was a fair price for fresh baked goods with unique aromen.

They make a lot of broth and sweetness like cake and cookies. there are also several mix cashew milk drinks. the personal is very friendly. there is a small seat at the entrance where you can relax and eat. updated by previous review on 2019-05-24

This bakery is 100% vegan, the owner is a lovely woman who speaks English very well. She explained that all the ingredients are locally sourced to support local businesses and farms. We had the apple pie (which was my favorite) , banana bread and peanut butter cookies. They also serve a variety of cashew milks mixed with fruits, we tried the pineapple which was delicious and refreshing.
