フィードバックを提供するDuring my recent trip to Taiwan, I visited Phillipe Paris Lounge and wanted to share my review on HappyCow. The restaurant is situated in a beautiful building right across from the Taichung Science Museum. The ambiance is elegant, with white tablecloths and a fine dining atmosphere. The food does take a bit of time, but we opted for the all-you-can-eat salad bar option, which turned out to be a bit pricier than we expected (we later found out that you could opt for a cheaper set meal with just one salad plate). The salad bar is vegan-friendly and offers a variety of sprouts, salads, bread, and fruit. While many items on the regular menu contain milk due to the French cooking style, the staff was able to accommodate our vegan preferences and suggest suitable options. Overall, it was a unique experience, albeit a bit pricey.
The salad bar offers a variety of vegan-friendly options including sprouts, salads, bread, and fruit. Many items on the regular menu contain dairy due to the French cooking style, so vegans should inquire to ensure their meal is plant-based. The staff was accommodating and were able to suggest suitable options for us to enjoy. Overall, a unique experience for those willing to indulge in a lavish dining experience.
During a previous trip to Taiwan, I visited the Phillipe Paris Lounge restaurant and here is my review for HappyCow. The restaurant is located in an elegant building in front of the Taichung Science Museum. The atmosphere is upscale, with white tablecloths and attentive service. The food is served slowly, course by course. We opted for the all-you-can-eat salad bar with our set meal, though this option ended up being pricier than we expected (you can get a cheaper set meal if you choose to have just one salad plate instead of all-you-can-eat). The salad bar is vegan-friendly and includes various sprouts, lettuce, bread, and fruit. Many items on the regular menu contain dairy due to the French cooking style, so vegans should be sure to inquire. The staff were able to accommodate our vegan requests and offer suggestions for suitable dishes. Overall, the restaurant is expensive but offers a unique dining experience for those willing to indulge in fine dining.

雖然換了地點繼續經營,服務還是做的一樣很好,庭園式有家的溫馨,希望可以提供用餐者特別節日的紀念
