My ultimate favorite resto in Manila. All the food I ordered are so freaking delicious. I can eat there everyday and I mean it.

Reserved the private room for family dinner of 22. Everything was perfect! Jayson our server was very attentive to us. We didn't need to ask for anything anymore because he's got us covered! Some of the appetizer servings are small but mains are just right some of them good for two. Most of us ordered pasta, steak and marrow, pork steak, paella and risotto. Cocktails were great too! Everyone was happy and no complaints at all. Jayson is right, do save space for dessert! Had macarons, The Bomb, OMG and panna cotta. Although the panna cotta was too firm, the flavor is great! Definitely going back and hopefully with the whole family again!

The place is a little out of the beaten bath. You need to ask for direction to get there unless recommended by a friend. It was crowded when we got there and it took them a while to take our orders. It looked very nice though a bit dark. I prefer bright places; they make me feel better. Despite our instructions, the main courses were served almost at the same time as the starters. What bothered me in such a world-class restaurant is the way food is delivered to the customer. The waiter would state what it is and just places it on the table anywhere even when we were pointing to the person who ordered the dish. Some of the food was great and some was somewhat disappointing. I think that knowing of the brand/chain in the US, made me expect the same or better. Unfortunately, it was below my high expectations especially on the service side. Still, t was a very good experience and i would give it another try on our next visit to The Philippines.
