Pizza Hut - Taguig

As a customer I always asked for a combo meals because it's one of the ways where you can save money and at the same time enjoy your favorite food. I happen to be craving for a lasagna. So I tried one offered by Pizza Hut McKinley branch. I asked the cashier first if they have combo meals paired with lasagna, it turns out there's none. I also asked for other combo meals, but it's good for people around Spaghetti and Solo Pizza with drinks if I remember it right. So I ended up with separate orders of Cheese Lovers Solo and Lasagna. Guess how much? Just a little bit for the Combo Meal good for Too bad I'm alone so there. When the lasagna was served it was okay but my issue is the size. Can't help but compare it to its competitor which is slightly bigger. Although the taste is good. I love those kinds of food anything with cheese and pasta is totally fine for me. I just can't get over by the fact that the items I bought wasn't priced correctly. The Cheese Lover Pizza is totally fine. Loved it when I drizzled it with their hot sauce.Although I forgot my disappointment when a crew offered me to answer a survey in exchange of free pasta. I still walked out the store with my tummy full. A friendly reminder to Pizza Hut, please change the serving size of lasagna or trim down it's cost to match the size. Kindly make more combo meals. It's an opportunity for customers to try out your other foods. Combo meals good for and for sharing ha. Hindi po kasi lahat may kasamang kumakain. So we went here without knowing exactly what to order until we saw this poster which they promote this meal that consists of pizza, pasta, fries, soup and drinks. So we go for it since makakatipid kesa yung paisa-isa.

Late delivery. Jordan's (manager) first statement was "wag mo na lang bayaran" immediately after I called him to tell him my concern. I would've paid for it if I got the apology I deserve. All I got were reasons and rationalizations of poor service. Moreso, they offered to deliver complimentaries which never came. On a lighter note, Jomar (rider) handled it more professionally than Jordan. Do not send us maximum time delivery if you can't stick to it coz it's freaking annoying.

We ordered the Php 99 combo with personal Hawaiian pizza w/ mushroom soup  and the 6-pc Garlic parmesan chicken wings for lunch. The combo was enough to satisfy a mild pang of hunger but the size of the pizza was a bit smaller from the one we ordered at another branch within the BGC are a few days back. Also, the parmesan flavor in the chicken was barely there, making us crave for some of the wings at Frankie's.

What can you get for 79 Pesos? At Pizza Hut you can get their spaghetti set with a glass of Pepsi and  a side of bread. The store's lone personnel multitasks between being a cashier, waiter, and delivery coordinator, running to get things done while keeping an eye on the register. I came here for breakfast, but unfortunately they are having problems with their inventory missing ingredients that compromise customer preference such as; pizza size, sets lacking a component, and avaulable soup. Their spaghetti is served hot, fresh out of the oven. Topped with decent amount of meat and decent sauce. eater.ph
