The baguette used to have a crispy crust and moist inside, but now it is just bread with a soft crust and dry interior. I had been away for two years due to Covid and was shocked to see that the quality had worsened despite the increase in prices. It was a sad experience.
I used to love this place before the pandemic. During the pandemic, my friends and I tried to support it more than any other restaurant in BGC. I used to come to Broth every day and we would have dinner there at least once a week. They have more customers now, but unfortunately, the quality of the food has gone down. They are using cheaper, low-quality ingredients, the presentation is lacking, and the service is terrible. It is slow, unfriendly, and we feel like we are being a bother just by being there. The last time we went to Broth, the food was not fresh and did not taste good. They also did not honor the 50% off deal after 7 o'clock. It felt like the food had been sitting out for a week and was soggy.
I had the pleasure of trying the eggs benedict at L'Artizan in Serendra, and it did not disappoint. Their version of this classic breakfast dish was spot on. The hollandaise sauce had just the right amount of citrus and a perfect consistency, the poached egg was cooked to perfection, and the roasted brioche was a nice twist on the traditional English muffin. The only downside of my breakfast experience was the server's lack of menu knowledge. When I asked if coffee was included with my breakfast choice, she incorrectly said no, even though it was clearly stated on the menu.
Always looking for this delicious baguette. after the attempt practically all 'offers ' ek, w, c, etc. finally this point has it! the price is at a premium. but, in comparison to the extremely bad faksimile of this simple potentially tasty...the competition fails. so, for a very good baguette l 'artizan it is! ps. croissants are also, jummy!
It was a cozy little place. This was more on the small side that diners end up bumping into people looking for take away pastries. Service was nice . Liked the attitude of the lady shift manager who took our orders when the waiter can’t...handle attending to us at the same time answering queries from passers by guests. Didn’t like that while the set up is fine dining , the restroom is outside . Liked the food we had such as the pan fried chicken and the roasted one. Didn’t try the steak my friend told me it was a little gamey . Liked also the foie gras liver pate dip , taken with sliced bread.
