Waffle Stop - Tacoma

The California Scramble was delicious, but the toast was nearly burnt to a crisp. The luscious lemon blueberry waffles were fantastic as well. Overall, the food was quite good, though it is on the pricey side. The fresh-squeezed orange juice costs $4 for a very small cup, so I would likely skip that next time or opt for the larger size.

The sugar waffles topped with lemon and blueberries were absolutely delightful. The housemade sausage patties were cooked to perfection and had a wonderful flavor. I appreciate it when sausage has a nice light brown crust. The fresh-squeezed orange juice was incredibly refreshing too! Overall, my meal was fantastic and traveled perfectly!

The food was tasty, although I wish they offered more sauce options, particularly for the chicken. We also didn't receive any silverware or napkins. My latte was delicious, but I would recommend enjoying it in the restaurant, as it wasn't as good when taken to go.

I love the California scramble (minus chicken), especially that I can taste the delicious Beechers cheese. The Southern waffle is a great option for a side, and I also love that I can get an espresso drink with my meal. One of the best places from which to order breakfast.

Chicken is so crispy I recommend with ranch to the side, big tenders definitely worth the money, waffle is delicious
