Golden West -lounge - Tacoma

Mariah, Eric, and Sam are absolutely fantastic. They have extensive knowledge and are incredibly friendly. I've tried all the BBQ options, including the meatloaf sandwich and prime rib dip, and everything has been amazing. The whiskey selection here is unmatched in Tacoma and the surrounding area.

I've visited this place twice, and both times we were attended to by Mariah, who is incredibly friendly. The food was amazing! I had the brisket sandwich and potato salad, and we also shared the mac and cheese, which was delicious! This hidden gem is wonderful. The homemade BBQ sauce is absolutely delightful!

You have to try the prime rib French dip. Your taste buds will not only be grateful, but they might just bow down in admiration! Alright, that might be a bit dramatic, but that sandwich was truly an outstanding first experience. The beans on the side were fantastic too. I will definitely be coming back for more!

The bartenders tonight were amazing! I've been visiting occasionally for the last year; 3x this month. Fatty brisket, greens, prime rib and old fashioneds are on point.Be kind to your bartenders, y'all!This place will treat you right!

Opal Lounge has become our favorite small bar. Excellent smoked meats and mixed drinks.
