Cafe Bistro - Tacoma

The food and customer service at this restaurant never fail to impress. My daughter and I shared the Margherita Pizza and the Chef's Special Salad, which featured arugula, fresh berries, dehydrated strawberries, goat cheese, and candied almonds, all perfectly complemented by a delicious vinaigrette. For dessert, we indulged in a Caramel Chocolate Brownie Sundae and a Homemade Strawberry Shortcake. The food was just as fantastic as it looked!

The burger was expertly cooked to perfection, and the kalamata aioli was delicious.

I had lunch today with a friend, and it wasn't particularly impressive. The French dip was just lukewarm, and the crab bisque was similar. The service was average, but it didn't meet the expectations I have for a café in Nordstrom. Overall, it was just mediocre. I've had much better meals elsewhere. Then again, I don't typically shop at Nordstrom, so that might have influenced my experience. I left feeling disappointed.

We had a wonderful dining experience! It was just me, my daughter, and my granddaughter. We were out shopping for homecoming outfits, and Lulu made our day truly special. She mentioned that she has only been working there for a couple of weeks, but she was fantastic. Please send her our best regards. - Linda Olsen
