Blue Moon Tea - Tacoma

I received a gift package of tea and shortbread cookies, but unfortunately, all three boxes of cookies were crushed. I reached out to customer service, or perhaps it was the owner I spoke with. She seemed to know about the issue with the crushed cookies, as other customers had complained about it as well. Instead of offering a replacement or some form of compensation, she just made excuses. If we operated our business like that, we would be out of business. I advise against spending your money on the shortbread cookies, as this appears to be a recurring problem. The owner even admitted that they aren't packaged properly, saying they are too loosely packed.

This place has the best selection of authentic teas. I really appreciated their honest approach and the recommendations they provided.
