Never have the flavor I want, when they say sorry for giving no mint chip I ask for something else which was the wrong flavor!

Terrible service. Ordered 2 Italian ices. When the young man gave them to me, 1 looked like it had melted and froze again. I asked to change it and he said I still had to pay for it. He also asked me what did I want him to do with it. But im a lady, so I just paid for 1 and left. He needs some customer service training.

Had it delivered directly to the pool at The White Sands

Hands down the BEST Italian ice ever!!! Staff is kind, polite, and always smiling. It's awesome!! Must try!!

The teenagers working there clearly had no idea what they were doing. The ice cream was satisfactory but the service was extremely subpar. Teenage friends of the employees were hanging around the window and made me wait for an unreasonable amount of time to order my food.
