Kasai - Syracuse

All right. Everything from attentive staff to delicious food. We felt bad for the staff as they were super busy and very short staff were all so fantastic. We chose a few different options as it was our first time there, and we wanted to try everything. Everything was hot and so delicious!

We are new to Syracuse, to get to know the food scene here and simply to mean in Kasai with an open mind that we come from an area that has amazing Japanese food. If we had this restaurant, the food, the vibe, the service (which included a visit from the owner) 10 stars, we would. This dish that I came from him best handmade noodles I ate and locally grown goat cheese. The appetizer was a kimchi salt potato concoction that is extremely good. Whatever they did on my cocktail (a mule with a kind of magic in it) was heavenly. We will often visit this place.

I went to my family for my birthday the other day, and it was AMAZING. The food tasted great, and service matched how amazing it was. We came near the closing time(Apologized strong for the inconveniences), but they were super friendly and amazing!! I think one of the chefs may have stayed late in the kitchen to make our food. Do not go to places immediately before they close, because this is mean, but even in such a situation they still gave us all so great service and also great food.

Absolutely fantastic experience! From the attentive staff to the delicious food, everything exceeded our expectations. We did feel a bit sorry for the staff, as they were incredibly busy and short-handed, but they handled it all wonderfully. Since it was our first visit, we opted for a variety of dishes to sample, and each one was served hot and tasted amazing!

I had a great time at the restaurant, although the flavors are quite different from what you might expect traditionally. The dishes tended to be either really sweet or very tangy. I was a bit taken aback by the sugar sprinkled on the edamame instead of salt, but I didn't want to ask about it. Overall, I definitely recommend trying this unique experience!
