I ordered chicken and steak sub but the grill person touches the chicken and steak without using tongs for me that’s considered a cross contamination but the lady I think she is a manager or owner her name is (Ting or Teng)did not even corrected the issue. Charley’s corporate need to address this problem.

I have spent hours in the past searching for a Philly Steak, only to discover Charleys, which is much closer to home. I would definitely dine here again. The food was excellent. The service was a bit rushed and they could improve on communication when delivering packed food. However, overall it was not bad enough to give a lower rating.
