Montana's - Sylvan Lake

Yikes. Completely disorganized. We ordered the bbq combo for four online and had to reconfirm the order over cell twice as they had no clue what the menu item was. Upon arrival, we waited another 15 minutes before being asked to reconfirm, for a third time, our order (that was not started). The real problem we had was with the portion sizes. Containers were pitifully filled and we found that the combo for four was really just a combo for two. Disappointing experience, to say the least

Traveling through town and hearing about the great Alberta steaks, we settled on Montana's. Well we are still looking for the beef. The best way to describe Montana's is a fast food bbq. Butter in a wrapper, condiments and salad in paper cups, not exactly what we had in mind for an enjoyable dinnerh. Service was ok.

The food we ordered was of low quality. It is possible that there are better menu items available.

My server was Chayenne. The food arrived promptly and was delicious and hot. There were a lot of noisy children, but I understand that it is a family-friendly restaurant.

Zena is an absolute gem. She looked after every part of our order. Thank you for a great time.
