Fast service with the help of counters I can understand (I have a loss of hearing in the upper voice frequency ranges and I need for those who are waiting for me to speak clearly and with a sufficient volume) The next two next subway locations are either loud background or heavy accents that are difficult to understand for me. I explained to the workers in the other two nearby places, but if they ask what vegetables are, I must repeat them several times. The servers at this point remain loud and clear enough to get the whole way through the order.
I called in a panic because I had a large team order and didn’t receive any help from the Mount Airy Subway. I was told to download their app to place my order, but I found out that the app only allows for 6 orders at a time and doesn't let you assign names to them. So, I decided to try a different store, and when I called, PJ immediately assured me that it wouldn’t be a problem to send my order via email. All of my sandwiches were ready on time and everything was perfect! I even received a follow-up email to confirm that everything was good. This is an excellent example of outstanding customer service, and this Subway on Exchange Drive has now become my family’s go-to place!
The staff could be more friendly, but the food was exceptional and fresh.
The staff, service, and food here are all excellent. This is one of my favorite hidden gem restaurants.
