From managing the registers to preparing the food, it looks like they're overwhelmed by the whole situation. This is the worst service I've ever experienced at a Popeyes.
I visited the restaurant at 4:30 in the afternoon, but when I arrived, the doors were locked. The sign stated they close at 9 PM, so I found it perplexing that I couldn’t get in. There was no indication on the door to suggest they were closed, which was quite frustrating since I was looking forward to getting my meal.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. When I got home, I found that one of the sauce lids had come off and spilled all over the bag. The only sauce left had a slit in its lid, making it unusable. On top of that, there wasn't a single English speaker in the restaurant, which might explain why my call went unanswered.
You should have kept the Arbys at this point because this Popeyes is terrible. Terrible service dry and coarse food. Do you have better service with the Popeyes in East Baltimore? this place are going somewhere different in the oldersburg this place probably won?t long. Staff are a joke that takes nothing serious.
Half the time it is good. The other half of the time you get chicken so dried out it's not edible. Today was one of those bad days. If I ever go back to this location, I'll make sure I don't go through the drive through so I can see the chicken before ordering.
