フィードバックを提供するCashiers are more and more helpful. The people who make the food have no idea what? Treat special instructions if it is not allergy. Stingy on toppings.
This is a different type of review. You see I was there yesterday and almost chocked to death on a hard piece of bread. Thanks to my dear friend, management, a cashier and a patron I am OK. Everyone was quick to respond and the patron gave me the heimlich move and probably saved my life. I am grateful to all and thank you from the depths of my heart. And yes I highly reccomend this Panera restaurant.
Stopped in shortly after 1 pm for two you pick two soups and sandwiches to go. The food was hot and tasty! The staff were nice for the most part. They were talking about missing receipt paper and then one crossed paths with me awkwardly. Overall a positive experience though! I would recommend this location.
PRICES UP PORTION SIZE DOWN We know we pay a little extra to eat Panera but after getting such small portions my last 2 visits, I was pretty disappointed. Small portions, like I was still hungry. You pick 2: 1 cup of soup, 1/4 of a sandwich and 1.5 inches of bread Drink $14 Wait Time: (probably had staff shortages due to increased gov?t handouts) 10 minute wait to order, 17 minute wait for food
I ordered online and they were very backed up. Then I get home and the entire order is wrong. I got 1 1/2 tuna sandwiches but I ordered Turkey BLTS. And the bread on my sandwich was ripped apart. When I called and spoke to the manager, she suggested a couple of options to make it right (remake or refund) which I appreciated but she never apologized and she hung up on me at the end.
