Slow. Took 30 minutes to get a coffee and a doughnut. Still got the order wrong .
Served me a large matcha latte with spoiled milk. Very unprofessional and obvious poor quality control from such a big brand. Very disappointed and will not come here again.
Although I have two Dunkin' Donuts locations much nearer to my home, I intentionally choose to visit this one because it is by far the best. They always get my order right, my food and drinks consistently taste great, and the staff is always friendly.
Excellent location. My coffee is always brewed to perfection, and the service is consistently friendly and quite efficient.
