The beautiful garden terrace felt like stepping onto the set of Downton Abbey. The atmosphere made us feel as though we were connected to the elegance of a Sofitel hotel.
I had an amazing experience at the early dinner in the Newmarket Room at the William Inglis Hotel. We enjoyed dishes such as divided scallops with pork crackling, pappardelle with mushrooms and short rib, cone bay barramundi with romesco sauce, and a delicious coco cake for dessert. To complement the meal, we also had a glass of sparkling wine called Drama Queen and a passion fruit cocktail. The food was exceptional and the atmosphere was perfect for a wonderful dining experience.
