Fratelli Fresh Bridge Street - Sydney

We were disappointed to find out that our reservation was not recorded, even though we made it four hours in advance through the online portal. Despite this setback, we decided to go ahead with the Italian feast and drinks. Unfortunately, the first round of drinks took 35 minutes to arrive and we had to constantly follow up on everything we ordered, even up to dessert. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Fratelli was recommended by our Tour Guide and it happened to be a very good recommendation. Pasta and pizza were both very good. The service was also very good. Tis restaurant is well located in the middle of many Sydney featured areas

As expected for a pre theatre dinner. Buzzing atmosphere and quick service. Possibly too loud for some?! Food good

The service on this occasion was very poor. We waited a considerable time for food to arrive even while other tables around us (who all arrived after us) were served their entrees and mains first. No updates from the wait person

The food and service always hits the spot at Fratelli Fresh restaurants. I gave our experience a low rating because the back area where we were seating had very poor acoustics. They should consider the old egg boxes placed under chairs trick and soft furnishings and some improved mood lighting as it’s a very stark area
