Costa Coffee - Swindon

Last week, I went to the drive-thru to redeem my free drink and order a toastie. The woman taking my order seemed in a bad mood because I didn't want to pay at the speaker. Unfortunately, I received the wrong drink and only noticed when I was stopped at the traffic lights. When I returned to correct the mistake, she offered me the same drink which had gone cold. After requesting a new drink, she was impolite and I had to explain that I was now running late for work. This was a disappointing experience with poor customer service, unlike the usual service I have received from this Costa location. I have praised the staff here in the past, but this time was unacceptable.

Website says you close at 21:30, been several times and it’s closed at 21:00pm including the drive through. Change your website if you’re not going to stay open to the time it states.

Good place to have a coffee and chat without the noise and chaos.

It's a nice Costa to visit. It can be busy depending on the time of day you go. But the same as any other Costa. A really convenient stop if you are travelling along the M4

Expensive and food horrible. Better off going to greggs around the corner
