Honestly at my age (44) tonight I experienced the worst from Sweetwater TN taco bell since they first opened! First of all we ordered one drink with our entire meal which was a Cherry Sunrise Freeze as I wanted to try it and the lady at the window ring up 3! We didn't realize this until we got to the window and had paid,gotten our food,and received my drink last. The lady tried handing us 3! We tell her we only ordered one and looked at the receipt. I had been charged for all 3 but I wasn't paying for or taking something I didn't want or order! She took my original receipt and was going to get the manager on duty. But before she could the lady that actually took our order at the drive thru got smart and started arguing that Yes We Did Order 3 No lady we did not! I didn't appreciate her attitude at all. Her customer service skills are extremely poor! The manager gave me a refund but wouldn't put it back on my card so he gave me cash! He then refused to give me my receipt back as he said He Had To Show It To His Boss Once we got home so we could eat we noticed that one of our orders wasn't correct (but no way we were going back I started eating my food and the chips I received were so stale they felt like they had been out about a month and a half two months! The rest of my food when I tried to eat it taste like complete trash! I made up my mind tonight I won't go back!!!! To the lady taking orders at drive thru If Your Not Satisfied With Your Job,Find A New One All I can say at this point is she best be glad I was tired from working and didn't feel good because things would have went way different had i got out of the car like I wanted! I give this restaurant,customer service,and food a -5 stars tonight!

If only I could give a zero. TB was not busy noone in lobby and only 2 cars in drive thur. The 1st was already getting their order and the 2nd had just placed and order. I sat at the order speaker for 10 mins noone ever said hello, or that they would be right with me. I say hello and then get a one moment response. Placed my order of 8 soft tacos and 1 nacho and cheese . I understand the wait time at the window, but they put 8 tacos in the smallest bag. They literally pressed them in the bag. Most were upside down and cheese and lettuce fell into my lap. They forget the nachos and cheese so I go into lobby and they give attitude right away, like it was my fault they didnt put it in the bag. I was nice not rude all I said was excuse me my nachos and cheese wasnt in the bag. Hope day shift is better, if not I will NEVER GO BACK. 30 mins total for my time and bad experience. None wants to hear cussing yelling and screaming over working.
