Extremely bad service they attain customers last when they come in first

I asked for a stuffed potato at the cafeteria and they gave it to me frozen! Literal! Not cold! Frozen! I ordered a pan with suckling pig and they brought me one with steak. And I leave you a photo (sorry for that) but it was more skin than meat. And they took too long!!! And it didn't arrive hot either. Very bad experience to be the first (and only) in this place! I hope the comment helps you improve
