KFC - Swan Hill

Waiting in the store is just so uncool! We have found it is quicker in the drive through..... Although u may have to park and wait if u order more than a drinkSometimes their chicken burgers are cold! And u hardly get nice chips with a lot of seasoning! So go to subway in swan hill if u want some goid chicken

Every time we order from here the pieces of chicken we get are dried out shrivelling little pieces. thats when they get the order right. today we attempted to give it another go mostly to sample the new tobasco chicken. we got home only to realise the muppets gave us shrivelled up pieces of original recipe. will never go again

We order our meals through the drive thru. Ordered pop corn chicken deal for our little girl. When we got to the window to pick up meals, we felt that the bag was a bit light. Look in ,they put the chips n popcorn chicken in the same brown bag!!! Chicken looks like been cooked a long time. There's no way that we will give that to our kid. The experience of KFC wasn't there I'm sorry. Drive thru staff doesn't smile or look happy working. Need a good shake up. Btw if the crushers machine is broken or getting fix, put a N/A SIGN ON THE MENU so we don't asked for it!!!!

One of the better KFC's I have been to, quick service, friendly staff. The chicken was better than I remember. The bathroom needs a re-do- the hand dryer didn't work and there was no hand towels.

I had a really bad experience at this restaurant,they had a tv on and it was so loud that you had shout at the staff to place your order,it was so loud in the dining area customers picked their meals up and walked out,it was not till 3 or 4 complained at the counter it was turned down,the chicken that I ordered was very oilly,the whole experience was terrible KFC Swan Hill really need a big shake.
