Waffle House - Suwanee

The damenbad was disgusting and the places were not sanitary enough to eat. I love the waffle house, but this place was badly maintained.

Worst waffle house to go to during the morning shift I waited an entire hour for my food after ordering for them to give it to someone else. They are clueless as to what's going on or what they are even supposed to be doing. (The older Spanish lady specificaly) and the customer service is terrible thanks for wasting my entire morning having to skip breakfast now and be a Grinch

Simply ordered a breakfast sandwich, coffee and juice to go. There was only one other customer in restaurant. Cashier who took my order was very nice and helpful, the cook on the other hand had an attitude problem, she seemed like she didn't want to be there. I canceled order when it became obvious the cook had issues.. Anyway, I never leave reviews, but this experience was pretty sad. Again, the cashier was very sweet, I felt bad for her having to work with someone like that.

I've been to many a WaffleHouse all over the east coast. We found this WH on the way home from a Braves game.This location has the absolute best service out of any of them. I like to think I'm hard to impress when it comes to this kind of stuff. But the young man was impeccable! And his team worked really well together. We're funny and just a joy to be around! Glad we stopped!

Night staff is horrible. Went around 10 p.m. Saturday night crew was standing around. Mostly doing nothing .We were told they were out of eggs and waffles. It would take about 25 minutes for eggs and for her to season the skillet. Whatever that means. Best to go in the morning during the week. much better service
