Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Suwanee

We often order Tropical smoothie. The sandwich and the drinks are great, but they always make a mistake. I didn't get any chips on two different orders. They forgot my smoothie and had to talkliver. Today I have corn instead of calal salad as my side. I ordered a delivery order today as Chu. I tried to ask the store, and the phone continued to ring until it itself is suspended. Please check your orders before sending them, because my job unfortunately does not allow me to go.

Really positive experience, customer service was great. Casing with the pink ensemble head was so friendly and helpful. Always good food.

I came here for the first time to get food for my father who is trying to eat healthy. Rhere is not many food choices but the smoothie was great. He lived it all. Very clean inside and great service. The cashier is a very pretty young lady. Very helpful

New crew. Not as friendly as before. Smoothie wasn't blended well...I ordered a Detox Island Green and the greens were chewable. If this were my first visit, I'd think the food and service wasn't a good business model. I've been coming here since they opened this location so I know better. I'll give this crew another try. Three times a charm, right?

VERY nice employees. They provided a menu without us asking, walked over to our table to give us our smoothies, and threw away our trash. I?m amazed at how friendly they are, and one employee offered us a free smoothie. The environment was clean and friendly, and I definitely will be coming back. Good job!
