フィードバックを提供するFirst off, the service was great. As a vegetarian, I ordered the black bean tacos, but was disappointed to find that they were not freshly made. When I questioned the freshness of the tacos, I was told they had been sitting since the morning. It was frustrating to discover that the food was not fresh, but the staff quickly agreed to refund my money. It makes me wonder why they were serving stale food in the first place.
I am a fan of Chipotle and want to support local businesses, but every time I visit this particular Chipotle, I encounter issues. During my most recent visit, I ordered two bowls with queso and found that everything was cold and tasteless. Despite living only 1.7 miles away, there is no reason for me not to enjoy a hot and delicious meal. I hope they can improve their service, as I would rather visit other Chipotle locations in Duluth or Buford.
I hate to say this, because I used to be a fan. Today, the employee (a white woman) who prepared my bowl and handled the transaction had a terrible attitude for a customer service setting (I also work in the area). After asking for a little more pico de gallo, she disregarded every aspect of my order (very light on the red sauce and sour cream, looked like a heavy-handed pour?) When she rang me up at the register, she seemed careless with my order and lacked courtesy. It may seem trivial, but for a place like Chipotle, I didn't receive the meal I wanted and left feeling disrespected without reason. I've had a rough day, and this was not the experience I was looking for. I just wanted to share my disappointment.
Excellent chipotle position! they were busy, but they processed efficiently via the customer line. the portions were generous and everything tasted great. the team worked well together, and we definitely recommend this chipotle location as one of the best locations we have ever visited.
Bring exact change if you expect to use cash. No change. My order was $13.30. I gave the girl a $20 bill and asked her if she was rounding down. She said yes. As a courtesy, I told her I had the 30 in my truck and would bring it to her. She gave me $6 back. I questioned her and she said she’d pay me my $1 when I brought her 30.Really? You are going to make me pay extra because the manager wasn’t smart enough to get all the cash he needed when he went to the bank? Poor management and poor customer service. I drove by several places to eat before I stopped at Chipotle in Suwanee but rest assured I won’t be back.By the way, the food was good. Customer focus was the short fall and the reason I’ll go somewhere else next time.
