フィードバックを提供するThis trattoria, out of a charming town centre full of pretentious and overpriced restaurants, is incredibly good. It proposes Tuscany dishes, and is skewed towards game, wild boar and deer in particular. Me and my wife started with a shared mixed antipasto: a selection of salami from Tuscany, cheese and jam, sweet and sour onions, croutons. Abundant (as it should be: I hate when the board is tiny and empty! and full of good quality products. As a main dish I had a rather wintery polenta with cinghiale (hog , while my wife opted for a capriolo (deer casserole. Both well and slowly cooked. The house wine was good. When visiting Suvereto, have a stroll in the old town, buy a souvenir and then ditch the pretentious places to come here: this is pure Italian tradition!
Good choice of food, very pleasant staff, you can eat outside or inside if its too hot, There is another part of the restaurant across the road which opens in the evening
Se volete un ristorante con il cameriere con guanti bianchi che avete bisogno del vino non è il posto per voi, ma se volete ottenere la vera cucina toscana, quella che ha cucinato le vecchie madri. Hai trovato il posto per te. nella zona i tortelli del martini sono presi come termine di confronto. e ho detto tutto. Il direttore è un personaggio. ironico, desacrante e commerciale. altamente raccomandato
