Beeches Cafe - Sutton

I visited this restaurant for a mid-morning meeting with friends. There was plenty of seating and nearby parking available. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. The service and food were both amazing. I ordered a strawberry milkshake, which was thick and full of flavor thanks to the ice cream, along with eggs benedict with smoked salmon on sourdough bread. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Never saw such rude customer service, left without breakfast. We arrive for breakfast, waiting to be seated with all employees looking at us like we were in the wrong place. After a while someone finally came; only to be so rude in her attitude and with such manners that we had no choice just left.

From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a friendly atmosphere and top-notch service. The food is exceptional and you would have to spend a lot more to find better quality.

I love this little area and have a particularly soft spot for this clean, efficiently run Cafe Restuarant. The staff are always particularly helpful and friendly and they have a good menu with a wide selection. I'm addicted to their toasted tuna mayonnaise and cheese on sourdough. It's also lovely to be able to sit outside and enjoy the atmosphere in this sweet little enclave. Best wishes, Suzanne Roux

Yesterday, we stopped by for breakfast at 11:00 and were seated promptly at 11:05. Our order was taken quickly, but unfortunately there was no vegetarian breakfast option available. I opted for scrambled eggs, beans, hash browns, and brown toast, while my husband ordered a fried breakfast. Despite receiving our drinks promptly, we waited 30 minutes for our food to arrive, along with other tables. It seemed that delivery services like Deliveroo and Ubereats were given priority over in-house customers. After asking twice, our breakfast finally arrived at 11:45, missing my toast. It took two more requests before my toast was brought out at 11:50. While we understand the importance of takeaway services during the past year, the poor service we received at the cafe has deterred us from ever returning.
