Tim Hortons - Surrey

First time at a Tim Hortons, decided to order some drinks for the family. Went through the drive thru, lovely and patient staff received us. Answered all questions and helped us figure out what we were looking for. Kind at the window and gave drinks very promptly. Enjoyed the experience and would return to try more of what Tim Hortons has to offer.

It's not a trip to Canada, without stopping at our favorite Hortons. We've been locked out for 2 years, so coming back this had to be our 1st stop. Thanks neighbors for taking care of it for us. Nice to spend time amongst you guys again.

Terrible service from a girl at the drive tru today Sunday February 4, 2024 at 1:45 pm (so you know who it was on that shift) a girl with very terrible customer service and also took the order wrong. On the other hand, the guy at the window was very friendly and solved the problem. There are people who are not trained to deal with clients!

They hire the stupidest possible people. you need to talk to them like they are a child in order for them to understand you. i’d say use the app to order but they constantly mess that up

About 5 years ago 3 elderly ladies had lunch at this Tim Hortons location and all got food poisoning. It was so severe they felt ill for a week. Notified Tim Hortons 3 times and never heard back. Not a sorry, refund for lunch or even a make good donut.
