Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill

The food and service was really good and quick. I did dine in there and it was very difficult for me to sit and eat because there AC is not working. I felt very bad for the ladies working there. Management should look after it ASAP. Else everything is really good.

The Food is Good and the Service is Great.But the bathroom is always 'out of order. ' The owner needs to figure this out. It 's very inconvenient :

Raw chicken and cooked chicken handled with the same tongs.Raw chicken juice all over the counter and dripped over the cooked products. I was mortified and emailed the restaurant as well as head office with no response!!! Will never eat here again after getting sick previously and now seeing this. Read

The customer service at this location is very awkward and depressing. Compared to other locations the food is often poor and inadequate. I always have to ask for extra due to the small servings they serve and every time I do, they charge me extra. Lack of care when it comes to preparing the food and showing any enthusiasm whatsoever. I’m going to stick to other locations from now on. I’ll take a longer drive to avoid this place.

Worst service at this location.Chips are always over cooked.72 and Scott rd location has probably the best taste and staff. Highly recommend that location
