I need to follow a gluten-free diet, and I really appreciated that the manager took the time to explain that our food would take longer to prepare because they needed to clear the prep area for me. It made me feel safe and taken care of. Dietary restrictions: They have solid gluten-free protocols in place.

The food is excellent, and the staff is wonderful—we always enjoy our time here.

Addendum: The manager, Greg, did reach out to me, and we had a great conversation about my concerns. He assured me that they are taking this seriously and are working to address these issues.

Sat at bar for 15 minutes while the bartender decided to start cleaning all her glasses. Was never even ask if I needed something l. Oh well I called my friends you just went to earls great service there.

Gross food every time. Only went because meeting a friend there . I'm glad she offered to pay the bill because I wouldn't have.service was the only good thing.
