Jamba Juice - Surprise

I like going here after work on Saturdays but the tall blonde headed guy, He needs to keep his quote leadership remarks to himself and not make it a public announcement about staff members and how they clean the floor during a shift change. You mightcan pull the person aside and have a constructive conversation instead of trying to belittle them in front of the other teammembers and guest. I find going to this establishment much more refreshing when he's not at work.

The drinks have good flavor but I'm tired of paying for the large drinks and not getting my money's worth. I think I'll have to start ordering their medium drinks from now on so I can actually get a full cup.

I urge you not to visit this location. I had a very disappointing experience during my visit today. Upon entering, I encountered three female employees who informed me that their system was down and could only accept mobile orders. While I was placing my order, I asked one of the employees for the store’s address, and to my surprise, none of them knew it. I found it really perplexing that employees wouldn’t know the address of the place where they work. They looked at my family and me as if we were the ones being unreasonable. Frustrated, I decided to take my business elsewhere. When I requested the name and number of the store manager, they refused to provide that information. I expressed my intention to report my negative experience to the manager and the company, but they responded with bad attitudes and laughter as we were leaving. I even recorded their laughter in the backroom and will be sharing it with corporate. I believe that these employees' behavior is unacceptable, and they should face appropriate consequences for their actions.

The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick. They even made a little extra of one of our drinks and upgraded it to the next size without charge! The menu had a variety of appealing options, and while three of our drinks were off the menu, one was a drink they no longer advertised (Berry Lime Sublime), which posed no problem and didn’t cause any delays. Our drinks were ready for us by the time we finished paying. They even have a whole secret menu of drinks you can order. I highly recommend this place!

I always enjoy the smoothies I get from this place. I usually swap the strawberries for pineapples in the Caribbean Passion.
