Firehouse Subs Surfside Beach

Virginia, who works at Firehouse Subs, is a delight to be around. I had the pleasure of meeting her at a vendor event and immediately knew that anyone who gets to work with her is fortunate. The vendor also had high praise for her, calling her one of their favorite people to interact with.

The service is quick at this restaurant. I always order the Italian dish and it consistently tastes great. The staff is very friendly.

I absolutely adore Surfside Firehouse! The sandwiches are consistently amazing and the staff is wonderful. But let me tell you, there is one particular kind lady who works there that truly made my day during my last visit! We need more people like her in the world - she is a true blessing! I will definitely be back soon because just thinking about their sandwiches while writing this review has me craving Firehouse all over again! And for the record, my favorite sub is The New York Steamer.

I waited 15 minutes just to be seated. The customer service is atrocious.

I gave only 5 stars because 10 was not an option. I had lunch with my brother and my uncle, and all three of us were very happy. I took some biscuits and brownies home for my children and of course they were also perfect. I will not forget that even my dog liked this visit. I grabbed him a ham to go and it was gone in less than 30 seconds. super great personalities behind the counter and so good quality eat. I am now a regular customer for life.
