Seren8 - Surfers Paradise

We had the garlic prawns and the Beetroot roast pumpkin salad and both were delicious and complimented each other! Accompanied with a delicious Pinot Grigio from the menu was absolutely delicious. Wait staff was wonderful also. Will be back!

Dear Seren8, Stayed the vibe an went to your restaurant/cafe. Awesome food and great place ....! Hope chevron is making the best of such a great place... for someone that travels interstate for business and eats out when travelling, seren8 is very impressing.....4.9/5

Popped in to Seren8 to grab a quick lunch before going to a business appointment. Although the restaurant was quite full the service was still quick. The gentlemen that served me was very polite and professional. I ordered the lunch BLT and it came out fast and tasted fabulous! Hit the spot. Definitely recommend.

Bought a groupon voucher (50$ for 3 share plates and 2 drinks decent enough value! . The first time we tried at pm, the restaurant was closed even though it says on google they were open until 10pm in reality they close during the day when it 's quiet (somebody should fix that, it was highly irritating to drive all the way there for nothing We tried again, luckily just as they were opening. Despite being completely empty when we got there we were told we need to make a booking, fair enough, that may be how it works through groupon, luckily we had data on our phones so sat outside waiting for 20 minutes for a confirmation email. The food was alright. Lamb and chicken skewers were ok. The chicken a bit bland. The scallops were really poor, do not recommend. Came out mushy and drowned in a kind of hollandaise sauce. The blonde girl who partly served us was very polite and affable. The black haired one who seemed to be in charge was rude, told us that they were sea scallops not seared scallops and seared is a type of sauce . We were also assured that other customers had had the scallops and didn 't complain very unprofessional. Whatever about food being bad but her attitude from the very start was really inappropriate, especially considering that we were 2 of 4 people in the entire restaurant at 6.30pm (and until leaving . All in all, a massive let down. Everything would have been ok except for the horrendous service from the girl we perceived to be in charge.
