Quatermasters And Tavern - Surf City

We were pleasantly surprised by how excellent this restaurant is. I had the Prime Rib with a loaded baked potato and a salad. I also enjoyed the roasted cheesecake. Delicious!

The shrimp and scallop Boursin was absolutely fantastic! The service was incredible! My son's chicken tenders were even better than usual. This restaurant was an excellent choice! I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed. I only wish we could dine here every day!

Amazing food! Totally worth the trip from N. Topsail Beach. I had the stuffed flounder, Angus burgers, coconut shrimp, zucchini fries, and hushpuppies—all of it was delicious. The Boursin cheese cream sauce was extraordinary. I will definitely be returning!

We arrived at opening and were the first people in the restaurant, but it quickly filled up. We started with a watermelon smash and Moscow mule. Both were delicious. We ordered the crab stuffed mushrooms and six wings to start, both were great. The wings were crispy and the BBQ sauce was very good. The mushrooms were cooked perfectly with melty cheese on top. Our entrees were a kids' fried shrimp, decent portion and looked good, it was gobbled up quickly by a picky kid. The crab melt is a delicious sandwich and the ribeye was cooked exactly as I asked and the green beans and stuffed potato were yummy sides with it. Our server was really a nice person and we would happily go back just to see her again. This place is on our short list for another trip to Surf City.

Promptly seated for our 7pm reservation. Enjoyed some perfectly crisp wings, cold draft beer and entrees of salmon, shrimp, scallops, ravioli and stuffed flounder (love that you can order 1/2 portion! . Brittany kept our drinks full and she was super friendly. We paid our bill and were on our way home before 8pm even though the entire place was full.
