Pecel Solo - Surakarta

Love this restaurant. The quintessential Traditional Solo Cuisines, culture, history and architecture. Honestly, the best part of Solo for me, as everything else the city offered weren’t good for me.

What a nice place to get some unique Javanese food in Solo. The place also quiet nice, clean, and not too crowded. The accessibility also good, maybe lack of car parking (only for 2-3 cars at most) but it also a problem for other restaurants in here.

Good atmosphere but average foods. Should pay more attention to cleanliness of cutlery, found some greasy spoons forks

Ambience is good, food is nice, but what make me give rating 3 is I found out that several cocroaches running around the food, especially in the vegetables prepared for pecel while the mbak server is just seeing it and do nothing to prevent it, not even try to clean it. I think a major cleaning is required in this place especially in the food display.

I didn't have any picture of the food or place since i'm running out of battery while i was here but the bakmi godog and sosis solo taste so good! Definetly reorder both of it again. Staff also very friendly.
