Chili's Grill - Sunrise

I found plenty of lower-carb options to choose from, even in the Express Lunch menu, which offered great value, and everything seemed freshly prepared. My friend's Create Your Own Fajita came out sizzling with a generous portion, but she had to fill out a lengthy options card—similar to those used on trains—which was a bit of a hassle. My chili was somewhat soupy and would have been better served in a cup with less liquid instead of a large soup bowl. I was quite aware of the noise level and the closeness of other diners, but for a quick and casual business lunch, it's a reliable spot that delivers at a reasonable price without any unpleasant surprises. It's easy to find and conveniently located. I would consider going back, but I'd like to explore some other options first.

If you have kids, this is definitely a great spot to take them. Our steak was cooked to perfection, the portion sizes and menu options were very good, and our waitress provided excellent service. However, this restaurant may not be ideal for older patrons, as the noise level from all the children made it nearly impossible to hear or communicate with our waitress. The people in the booth next to us were practically shouting to converse. If you can tolerate the noise, I would recommend giving it a try—it's a testament to the restaurant's appeal that families can afford to dine out, as the prices are quite reasonable.

We've dined inside the restaurant a few times, but it tends to be a bit loud for our infant son, so we've switched to takeout, and we haven't had a single bad meal yet. The Awesome Blossom is precisely what its name suggests—fantastic! We request it to be cooked very well done, and it always comes out just right. I've enjoyed the New York Strip Steak several times, and I've never been let down. I've also tried the Tomato Basil Chicken Pasta, which is excellent as well. If you're looking for great food from the comfort of your home, Chili's is definitely a must-try!

Overall, it was an average experience! I tried their $10 lunch combo, which is a great deal with plenty of options available from 2 PM to 4 PM, so I recommend giving it a shot. The service was just okay—not remarkable, as no one seemed particularly happy to be there. The food arrived promptly, but the bacon avocado half sandwich was falling apart and disappointingly had barely any avocado in it. Additionally, the fries were only lukewarm.

We ordered wings, and the waiter/bartender was very helpful and polite when asking us which sauce we'd like. Three other people at our table received their meals promptly, and everything was fine. However, my wings arrived last, and they were cold and without any sauce. We pointed this out immediately. The wings weren't even warm. By the time I got my order, all three others had finished their meals. When I finally received the wings again, they were hot and fresh this time, and they even had sauce. In hindsight, I probably should have just canceled the order. If I hadn’t spoken up, I would have ended up with cold wings without sauce. I've had much better meals at Chili's.
